SATISFACTION GUARANTEE and RETURN POLICY
The American Brain Council wants you to be satisfied with your experience with us. So we have made returning, and refunding payments for products easy. Moreover, if you are not satisfied with a product we would like to know why, so we can improve our products to help ensure efficacy and satisfaction both for yourself and others in the future.
Basically we have only two types of products at this time, our Personal Assessment, and Brain Health Premium. If you are requesting a refund on your Personal Assessment, especially if your report did not contain relevant or helpful information that addressed your concerns, please give us a call or send us a text at 801-529-8238 or email us at [email protected], with the name and email address used when you paid for your assessment, and a brief description of the need that was not addressed. We want you to receive the help you need, and have other resources that may be more helpful, or we will refund your $10.
If you are requesting a refund on Brain Health Premium simply call or text us at the number or email address above, with the name and address of the person who purchased the product, and a brief explanation of why you would like a refund; and our address for returns will be sent to you, with instructions for returning the remaining product or proof of purchase if needed. Please allow 20 business days for the product to be received and a refund to be processed.
